JSC “Aviasystems” has become the only consulting company in Russia that gained the right to perform such audits.

IS-BAO is the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations. IS-BAO was developed by the IBAC (International Business Aviation Council), uniting the national business aviation associations all over the world. The standard was presented in May 2002 within the EBACE – European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition.

IS-BAO is intended for the existing operators and business aviation airlines and corporate subdivisions of the companies striving for organization of their operation at the level of the world standards, as well as for newly established structures focused on handling of the business aircrafts.

IS-BAO fully complies with the ICAO standards in the field of business aviation and allows to achieve the high level of flight safety and quality of execution of works and provision of services by the airline or operator.

IS-BAO has become widespread in the world and over 350 companies got the IS-BAO registration certificate for 8 years of existence of this standard.

IS-BAO is recognized by the aviation authorities of popular jurisdictions for registration of business aircrafts. At present the Company’s IS-BAO certificate replaces the need to undergo complete audit of the company by the aviation authorities of Bermudas, Cayman Islands and Aruba. By 2012, the similar practice will also be applied in respect of the aircrafts registered in Europe and on the Isle of Man.
