Changing of the operators demands level towards the aftersale service leads to the inevitable demands rise to the particular systems and spare parts suppliers. Notably, the modern supplier has to deliver not only a reliable component for the airplane/helicopter under construction and organize warranty repair in case of equipment failure, but also to provide:

  • operative component warranty replacement and deliver a serviceable component from the previously established back-exchange stocks (maintenance kit);
  • a components stock in order to lease them in case of the AOG airplane demurrage;
  • maximum component warranty repair term is 14 days;
  • provision of the above mentioned services at the airplane home station, including foreign stations;

In virtue of the different industrial and service activities nature it is viable to assign the special organization for service works - the appointed Logistics Operator.

In virtue of the above mentioned factors one of our activity key components is a close contact with the avionics manufacturers and developers as the Appointed Logistics Operator :

Being your Logistics Operator we are ready to buy your revolving fund of components and we can solve any customs and logistics problems on our own. You have to organize the operative repair works, quality rise and reliability of your equipment. Sell your products together with the aftersale package..." (Journal "Show observer") August 2013.

  • establishment of the target back-exchange skocks of components (investments in the spare parts);
  • logistics organization (delivery) of the serviceable components during 24-72 hours;
  • organization of the faulty components repair works (including the warranty repair);
  • components customs processing in case if the airplane home station is situated abroad.
