In the scope of the business program of MAKS-2017, JSC "Aviasystems" has signed a Cooperation Agreement with the PJSC «Beriev Aircraft» regarding formation of the spare parts Pool for the amphibious aircraft Be-200ES

In Zhukovsky, near Moscow, was held the thirteenth international Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2017. «Aviasystems» has traditionally participated in this most expected event of the year 2017.  

As the promoters of the exhibition (OJSC "Aviasalon") say, in the course of work of the exhibition in  Zhukovsky about fifteen hundred business meetings were held; the total commercial potential of the aviation and space salon was about 400 billion roubles. It was noted that the total number of visitors of the aviation show reached 450 thousand. «Judging on the results of the business activity the salon was unprecedented» - this is how the promoters of the exhibition have evaluated the results of MAKS-2017.

MAKS-2017 has also exceeded the indices of the preceding exhibition regarding the amount of participants and international range of countries. The exposition area in showrooms was 20 thousand square meters, the promoters add. As Minpromtorg notes, the participants of the exhibition program became 880 companies from 36 countries which amount has exceeded the indices of the year 2015.

In scope of conduction of the business program, on July 19, 2017 JSC "Aviasystems" and PJSC «Beriev Aircraft» have signed a Cooperation Agreement. Pursuant to the document, the parties intend to combine their own resources and possibilities to create a spare parts Pool for aircraft Be-200ES enabling the operators to lease the necessary components and spare parts, which subsequently provides the uninterruptible operation of aircraft Be-200ES. This is particularly important with the view of the fact that the main operating entities of Be-200ES are the Aviation Rescue Centers of the Russian Emercom.

Today, the aviation of Emercom fulfills a wide range of missions, the main of which is the air support for an emergency response of the "emergency" department forces in case of large-scale natural and industrial accidents and calamities. Main application areas of Be-200ES: fire extinguishing, search and rescue operations, protection of water surfaces, environmental missions, passengers and cargo transportations. The aircraft Be-200ES by a number of characteristics has no equal anywhere in the world. The aircraft is able to take off both from the ground and from the water surface.

"Signing of this Agreement with PJSC «Beriev Aircraft» is not only a great honor for us but also a responsibility", - declared the General Director of JSC "Aviasystems" Mr. Dmitry Horuzhik. – Today, we are able to offer services which are unique for the Russian market of the post-sale support. In the nearest future, we intend to widen the spare parts Pool which was established for the program Be-200ES».

In the scope of the Agreement, the parties will conduct consultations in the course of which they will discuss the main conditions of cooperation, financing, principles of price formation and payment, terms of the program implementation.

The aviation salon MAKS is held since 1993 biannually and is one of the largest events of that kind in the world. Its main purpose is demonstration of the Russian High-Tech and openness of the internal Russian market for the joint projects with foreign partners.
