IXth Conference «Middle range and regional aviation of Russia 2017»

 IXth International Conference “Middle range and regional aviation of Russia – 2017” was held in Moscow on December 7, 2017 in the Business-Centre Swissotel Krasnye Holmy, Branch of the OJSC “Moscow - Red Hills”.

The purpose of the event was the discussion of the strategic changes in the aircraft construction branch in the period of 2017 – 2020. The analysis and synchronization of the branch goals in the system of the vertical integration of enterprises, as well as ways and mechanisms providing the expansion of aircraft manufacture within the middle range and regional aviation, in combination with the harmonic development of airlines and airport infrastructure for the period of 2017 – 2018.

In scope of the event program, the review of the current state and development plans was introduced; the issues related to establishment of the "Development strategy of the aviation industry" and to the influence of the political and economic events of the latest months on the market of aircraft manufacturers and air transportation of Russia were discussed. 

The aviation authorities have brought out the governmental measures to support the aircraft sales including support for export through the Russian export centre and for operation of the Russian pool of the leasing companies; they described initiatives aimed at improving the support mechanisms in 2018, including subsidies of air transportation: federal and regional support programs of the socially significant lines. 

Our company traditionally participated in the IXth International conference “Middle range and regional aviation of Russia – 2017”. The Deputy General Director Dubinina Victoria Mikhailovna make a report named “Experience the pool schemes application for logistical provision of the regional aircraft exploitation”.

The report has set out the ways to transform the international experience, in part of the creation of the post-sale service systems for smaller regional carriers, and how their participation in the pools of spare parts may optimize their activity, and the essence of the complex agreements to serviceability support.

The IXth International conference “Middle range and regional aviation of Russia – 2017” is the traditional economical platform for meeting and discussion of important issues by representatives of the civil aviation market of Russia, China, CIS-countries, states of the European Union. The conference is arranged for the period of 9 years, which enables the participants once a year to monitor the branch events. The organizational committee, together with the interested parties of the branch, is continuously working in formats of congresses, conferences and business missions, which makes the program of each conference actual and fruitful.
