Meeting of JSC "Aviasystems" management with leaders of the European aviation authorities EASA

On March 22, 2018 in Cologne took place the scheduled meeting of JSC "Aviasystems" management of  with the leaders of the certification departments EASA in the course of which the issues related to certification of the Russian companies - clients of JSC "Aviasystems" in accordance with the European rules EASA PART-21G, J, O were discussed. During the meeting, EASA explained its position regarding certification of the Russian companies which are planning to be issued EASA certificates on the right to manufacture the aviation components (EASA PART-21G- POA), to have the right to develop the aviation vehicles and components thereof (EASA PART-21J – DOA).

From JSC "Aviasystems", in the meeting took part: First Deputy of the General Director S.N. Potapov and manager of the consulting direction D.V. Mikheyev. From EASA, the participants of the meeting were: Head of Department of Organizations Developers of АV, Manager of Sector of Organization Manufacturers of АV, International Cooperation Officer, Manager of the Sector of parts and accessories of АV.

In the course of the meeting, a special attention was dedicated to issue of EASA certificates for the Russian development companies using the alternative procedures (ADOA) and issue of approvals of EASA for the produced components using the procedures of ETSO.

In the course of the meeting, the direction managers of EASA provided presentations with the working procedures explaining the interaction of EASA with the Russian applicant of the EASA certificates.

The information obtained in the course of the meeting would allow JSC "Aviasystems" to provide the consulting services for the Russian clients on the higher level. In this case, the Russian companies which at the present time cooperate with JSC "Aviasystems" and plan to do it in the future may count on the guaranteed issue of EASA certificates subject to abidance with recommendations of JSC "Aviasystems".

JSC "Aviasystems" is specializing on consultation services regarding the issue of the European certificates EASA PART-145, PART-21, PART-M etc. to the Russian and international companies. 

More than 20 Russian companies have already obtained the European EASA certificates within cooperation with JSC "Aviasystems".
